New 187 Unit Senior Living Community

Charleston, SC – Wessex Capital Investments is pleased to announce the closing of debt and equity financings for The Crossings at Hershey, a new 187 unit Independent Living and Personal Care Facility with Dedicated Memory Care Wing in the beautiful destination community of Hershey, PA. The $35,000,000 project will be located on a 19.46 acre site with scenic views. The area is highlighted by high-end residential homes and will be in close proximity to Penn State Hershey Hospital. The Crossings at Hershey will feature multiple outdoor courtyards and access to a multi-purpose walking path with ample connection for outdoor recreation and access to local parks. The Facility will offer large, all-private living quarters in both personal care and memory care, which is a key marketing advantage in the affluent Hershey area.

The community will be managed by Harmony Senior Services, adding to Harmony’s already strong presence in the central Pennsylvania region. Construction will begin in early 2018 and the community will open in late summer or fall of 2019.
