Smith/Packett recently closed on the construction loan for a new 196 unit Senior Living Community with a Dedicated Memory Care Wing in the exciting city of Memphis, Tennessee. Named Harmony at Morning Grove, this community is located at 9525 US Highway 64. The community is easily accessible via Highway 64, making the location easily accessible to medical, retail,  and other services important to the senior population. The community will be managed by Harmony Senior Services, adding to Harmony’s expanding portfolio in Tennessee.

The nearest hospital to the community is St. Francis Hospital, which is located three and a half miles west of the community in Bartlett. St. Francis Hospital-Bartlett is a short-term acute care hospital with 196 beds that is part of the TENET Healthcare system. There are also a variety of medical clinics and pharmacies near St. Francis Hospital.

Harmony at Morning Grove features 96 spacious Independent living apartments, 68 assisted living apartments and 32 Harmony Square apartments in a dedicated memory care wing. Harmony at Morning Grove features multiple outdoor courtyards as well as amenities like fitness and therapy rooms, a pub, game rooms, a chapel, a billiards room, a library a theatre, and a salon. Harmony at Morning Grove will offer an assortment of living options and floor plans with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio apartments available. The 210,000 square foot community has a Total Project Cost of over $40,000,000.

Linkous Construction commenced construction in October 2023 and the community is projected to open in late 2025.
